AI Workflow Intern

Assistant to the CEO (Part-Time | Remote)
Are you highly organized, proactive, and excited to work directly with a founder on strategic and operational tasks? At L1 Advisory, we’re looking for a right hand to the CEO — someone who can bring structure, speed, and clarity to a fast-moving consulting business.
What You’ll Do:
- Work side-by-side with the CEO across strategy, sales, and internal ops
- Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and project workflows
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and track decisions and next steps
- Conduct research, write drafts, structure documents, and manage tools (Notion, Trello, Google Docs, HubSpot)
- Support external communication and help coordinate partnerships, clients, and events
- Help build internal processes and keep the founder focused on the highest-leverage work
