About Viktor
I’ve been in sales my entire life.
Not just as a profession, but as a way of thinking. I pay attention to how people make decisions, what creates movement, and where things actually happen — not where they just appear to happen.
At my core, I’m a connector. Between people, ideas, and opportunities. Sales became the environment where that naturally plays out, but over time it evolved into something broader — a way to understand dynamics, build relationships, and turn conversations into real outcomes.
Over the past 17+ years, I’ve worked across industries, markets, and roles, from building pipelines myself to shaping go-to-market strategies and partnerships across Europe. Different contexts, different challenges, but the same underlying principle — clarity always outperforms complexity.
I’ve never been interested in noise, trends, or surface-level activity. What matters to me is what actually works, what scales, and what holds under pressure.
Today, through L1 Advisory, I bring that perspective into everything I do. Not as a framework or a playbook, but as a way of building environments where growth is intentional, structured, and repeatable.
