FuseBase — B2C AI product focused on AI agents and productivity workflows.
Challenge
FuseBase initially approached L1 Advisory with a request to build a relatively simple sales engine around their AI agent product. After a detailed GTM and outreach audit, we identified that the core issue was not tooling or lead volume — the missing layer was a structured omnichannel outbound architecture.
The existing outreach lacked:
- ICP segmentation
- channel orchestration
- response sequencing
- behavioral follow-ups
- visibility into engagement patterns
Diagnosis
Instead of scaling outbound volume, we focused on fixing the communication architecture first. We identified that LinkedIn could become a primary outbound acquisition channel when combined with multi-step engagement logic, predefined ICP clusters, behavioral triggers, personalized outreach sequencing, and coordinated touchpoints across channels.
What L1 Advisory built
ICP & outreach structure
We segmented target audiences into predefined ICP groups and crafted separate communication flows for each segment:
- founder personas
- AI-native operators
- productivity-focused users
- early adopters
- tech decision-makers
LinkedIn outbound system
We implemented LinkedIn as a core layer of the outbound engine. The system included:
- multi-step outreach sequences
- connection-to-reply workflows
- engagement warming
- follow-up automation
- reply tracking logic
- behavioral branching
Omnichannel coordination
Instead of treating LinkedIn as an isolated channel, we connected it into a wider outbound architecture — creating synchronized communication flows across:
- content engagement
- profile interaction
- follow-up touchpoints
Result
The result was not just “more outreach.” It was a scalable outbound acquisition system designed around:
- structured engagement
- predictable reply flows
- ICP-specific messaging
- omnichannel visibility
- repeatable pipeline generation
Key insight
Cold outreach stops being cold when the system understands context, timing, and behavioral sequencing.
